We're back with another SMH round up of favorites! We started with our top 20 favorite budget friendly sofas here, and today we're talking rugs! Rugs are hard.  Well actually they're soft.  But they are so hard to pull the trigger on because they are such an investment!  To get a good-sized rug is a COMMITMENT!  Not only is it a major focal point of your entire space, a good rug seems to cost an arm and a leg.
